Housed in the original No.2 Rocky Mount Station, the museum preserves over 100 years of Rocky Mount Fire Department history. The station is located in downtown Rocky Mount, just across the way from City Hall. On display are old firefighter photographs, a wooden fire main, a horse-drawn steam engine, the city's first fire alarm system and other memorabilia.
